Here's some screen shots for helping you set up Microsoft Outlook Express
1. Start OUTLOOK EXPESS then click on TOOLS and select ACCOUNTS

2. Now select the Mail tab.
3. Select Add then Mail...

3. Type your name and hit NEXT

4. Type your email address and hit NEXT

5. Enter INCOMING and OUTGOING mail servers.

6. Put a dot next to LOG ON USING and enter username and password. (DO NOT USE SECURTED PASSWORD)

7. Choose a friendly name (this can be anything)

8. Choose connection type (Choose "Connect using my local area network (LAN)")

9. Click on Finish. To send and receive mail, select the Send and Receive Mail menu icon.
