·         Linear Circuit Analysis lectures and labs.

·         Non-linear Circuit Analysis plus additional courses in semiconductor analysis.

·         Digital Systems and components.  Lab included real-life practical solutions, such as the design and (scaled) implementation of a 4-way  traffic signal.  

·         Microprocessor System Design and Interfacing.  Key role in design team that implemented a functional digital alarm clock primarily using a Motorola 68HC12 microcontroller flashed with our assembly program and interfaced with external hardware.

·         Graduate level semi-conductor fabrication lab.  Students worked independently to fabricate and test both a PN-junction diode wafer, and a BiCMOS wafer from base silicon wafers.  Lab was conducted in a professional manner to simulate the requirements of a research laboratory.

WORK EXPERIENCE

·         COMPUMARK INDUSTRIES, INC (Electrical Engineering Co.) – Provided support for boiler control solutions as well as technical write-ups, charts, and graphs of various critical systems.  Handled network administration, and computer repair.  Provided technical support and administration of computers and peripherals. 

·         CROWN E.S.A. (Electrical Engineering Co.) – Various positions, such as Computer Tech, Sales Engineering, and ground up installation of an internal digital phone system.  Responsibilities included computer maintenance, phone system maintenance, and sales quotes and proposals for large engineering projects.  Had freedom to work independently and without supervision. 

·         D.P.S. (Engineering Services Co.) – AutoCAD drawing revision and creation of technical blueprints for large accounts such as Sun Chemicals.

·         HERAEUS SENSORS – Built and tested thermocouples, performed computer repair, installation, assistance, and LAN installation. Direct customer interface.

·         AARDWOLF COMPUTER – Computer repair, installation, and software assistance.  Computer assembly from base components.  Worked directly with customers.

·         FREELANCE – Web page design for corporate and personal applications.  Design and maintain web sites using HTML language.  Created LAN’s for professional office buildings.
